2 tbsp. honey
1/2 mango, cubed
4 strawberries, washed
1/4 blueberries, washed
1 cup kale, washed
1 cup dark chocolate milk or dark chocolate almond milk
4 ice cubes
1 tsp each chia seeds and flax seeds
Place all ingredients into a blender and puree
Grab a large straw! Enjoy
I love this recipe it is sweet, very nutritious and no one can see the veggies!
